Udupi Syndicate Credit Souharda Co-operative Society Ltd proudly participated in Alva's Pragathi 2025, India's largest placement drive, held at Alva's College, Moodbidri On 1st August 2025. The event served as a dynamic platform for the Society to connect with aspiring young professionals and showcase its commitment to Co-operative growth and financial empowerment. Representatives from the Society engaged with students and job seekers, highlighting career opportunities, the organization's values, and its impactful role in the Co-operative banking sector. Their presence at the event underscored their dedication to nurturing local talent and contributing to regional economic development. Out of a large pool of candidates, the Society shortlisted several promising individuals and selected a few for key roles including Junior Assistant, Marketing Officer, and Pigmy Agents. This recruitment marks a significant step in strengthening their workforce with fresh talent and enthusiasm.
