We are pleased to introduce our leader, Mr. Jeevan Dsouza, the Managing Director of Udupi Syndicate Credit Souhardha Cooperative Society Ltd. A resident of Kolalgiri, Ammunje, Udupi, Mr. Dsouza was born and raised in Udupi. He completed his early education locally and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Milagres College, Santhekatte–Kallianpur. He began his professional journey with a reputed cooperative society that operates over 100 branches across Karnataka. With several years of experience in the cooperative sector, Mr. Jeevan has held multiple key positions, starting as a Junior Assistant and steadily advancing to Assistant Manager, Manager, and ultimately Regional Manager, overseeing 17 branches in the Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.

Under his leadership, our administrative team comprises highly qualified and experienced staff. The society is further strengthened by its governing body, which includes a President, Board of Directors, and Shareholders—together forming a well-rounded and efficient team committed to building a reputed institution. Beyond his professional contributions, He is actively involved in community service. He is a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Udyavara, where he served as President for the year 2024–2025. He is also associated with KCCCI Udupi, CASK, and is an active member of the Lions Club Swarna–Kallianpur. As we begin this new chapter with the opening of our Administrative (Head) Office and our first branch in Kunjibettu, Udupi, we pledge to serve the public with unwavering dedication, integrity, and trust. Our mission is to deliver exceptional services, offer competitive interest rates on fixed deposits, and give special attention to the needs of senior citizens, soldiers, girl children, widows, ex-servicemen, and religious institutions.
