Udupi Syndicate Credit Souhardha Co-operative Limited is a voluntary association established in 2023. We began when a group of like-minded people came together with a unified vision: solve the real challenge of limited access to credit for small businesses and working professionals.
"Syndicate" means a collective. We live by the philosophy "All for each and each for all". Every service we offer is designed to promote member well-being, affordable pricing, transparent terms, and credit support for those who need it most.

Over the past 3 years, we've grown from a handful of founders to a driving community of members across Udupi and nearby districts. Building on this foundation, we plan to expand by opening several new branches across Udupi and neighboring districts in the coming months. Mr. Jeevan D'Souza
Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Jeevan D'Souza, Managing Director of Udupi Syndicate Credit Souhardha Co-operative Society Ltd., is a native of Kolalgiri, Ammunje, Udupi, where he was born and brought up. He completed his primary and secondary education in Udupi and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Milagres College, Santhekatte. He has also earned a Diploma in Co-operative Banking Management, further strengthening his expertise and professional knowledge in the Co-operative banking sector.
Mr. Jeevan began his professional journey with a leading Co-operative society that operates more than 100 branches across Karnataka. With extensive experience in the Co-operative sector, he has progressed through a series of key leadership roles, starting as a Junior Assistant and advancing to Assistant Manager, Manager, and Regional Manager. In his role as Regional Manager, he successfully supervised the operations of 17 branches across the Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, demonstrating strong leadership and operational excellence.
Under the leadership of our Managing Director, our administrative team is strengthened by a dedicated group of experienced and highly qualified professionals. The institution is further guided by our President, Board of Directors, and Shareholders, whose collective vision, expertise, and commitment form the foundation of a strong, cohesive organization dedicated to building a trusted and respected financial institution.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Jeevan is deeply committed to community service. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Udyavara and had the privilege of serving as its President for the 2024-2025 term. He is also associated with KCCCI Udupi, CASK, and the Lions Club Udyavara Sunshine, reflecting his continued dedication to social welfare and community development.

Head Office
Guided by its motto, "Services for Growth - For the People, By the People," the Head Office of Udupi Syndicate Credit Souharda Co-operative Limited serves as the administrative and operational centre of the Society, committed to fostering financial empowerment, community development, and member welfare.
Designed as a dedicated and well-organized facility, the Head Office houses the core functional departments that form the backbone of the Society's operations, including the Accounts Department, Loans Department, Recovery Section, and Audit Section. Working in close coordination, these departments ensure sound financial management, efficient credit administration, effective recovery mechanisms, and strict regulatory compliance.
The Head Office also comprises separate chambers for the President, Managing Director, and Administrative Advisor, providing a professional environment for leadership, strategic planning, policy formulation, and organizational governance.
As the central coordinating hub, the Head Office plays a pivotal role in synchronizing branch operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring the consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all branches - upholding the Co-operative principles of participation, trust, and collective progress.
